What this website is

This is an informational website about DrillList, a wait-list notification service for water-well drilling companies. The site describes the product and lets you contact us. Using DrillList itself is governed by a separate agreement between SuperContractor LLC and the drilling company that operates it.

Using the site

You agree not to misuse the site — for example, by attempting to disrupt it, access it in unauthorized ways, or submit unlawful content through the contact form. The contact form is for business inquiries about DrillList.

Text messages

DrillList text messages are sent to property owners on a drilling company’s wait list, only after that property owner gives permission during intake at the drilling company’s office. This website does not enroll anyone in text messages. To stop messages, reply STOP; for help, reply HELP.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Product descriptions on the site are provided in good faith and may change as the product changes.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SuperContractor LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
