Who we are
DrillList is a service of SuperContractor LLC. This policy explains what information we handle when you use this website or receive a DrillList text message, and what we do with it.
Mobile information
No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
Property owners receive DrillList text messages only after giving permission — either by signing the releases and estimates that are part of the project kick-off process, which include consent to receive text updates, or by being asked verbally during intake. Consent is recorded with the date and time it was given, and property owners are not signed up for wait-list text messages through this website. The full text-message program — how messages start, how often they arrive, and how to stop them — is described in our SMS terms.
Separately, someone who fills out our Demo Sign-Up form and checks the consent box is asking SuperContractor LLC (DBA DrillList) to text them about scheduling a demo. That is the only place on this website where you can sign up for text messages, and only if you check the box yourself. Reply STOP to any message to opt out.
The contact form
Contact-form submissions are sent to SuperContractor LLC by email through Formspree, our form-processing provider. We use them only to reply to your inquiry. We do not sell or share them, and we do not add you to any text-message or mailing list.
The form collects your name, company, email address, and message. It does not collect a phone number and does not sign you up for any text-message list.
The Demo Sign-Up form
The Demo Sign-Up form collects your first name, last name, company, and phone number, and — if you check the consent box — records the exact consent language you agreed to, along with the date and time. It is sent to SuperContractor LLC by email through Formspree and used to contact you about setting up a demo, including by text message if you consented. We do not sell or share it. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out.
What this website collects
This website sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. The only information we receive from it is what you choose to send through one of its two forms — the contact form or the Demo Sign-Up form.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. We share information only with service providers that help us operate — for example, Formspree, which delivers contact-form submissions to us by email, and our text-message provider, which delivers DrillList messages — and only to the extent needed to provide the service, or where the law requires it.
Your choices
To stop DrillList text messages, reply STOP to any message. Questions about your information, or a request to access or delete it, can be sent to support@drilllist.com.
