SMS terms

These terms describe the DrillList text-message program: who receives messages, how they start, and how they stop. Using DrillList itself is governed by a separate agreement between SuperContractor LLC and the drilling company that operates it.

The program

DrillList sends wait-list status updates by text on behalf of water-well drilling companies. Each message names the drilling company sending it, tells the property owner their current position on that company’s wait list, and includes a labeled estimate range and a link for details.

Who receives messages

Property owners on a drilling company’s wait list. Messages are sent only to people a drilling company has added to its wait list and who have given permission to be texted.

How property owners opt in

Property owners give permission to be texted in one of two ways: by signing the releases and estimates that are part of the project kick-off process, which include consent to receive text updates, or by being asked verbally by the drilling company’s office staff during intake. Consent is recorded with the date and time it was given. Property owners are not signed up for wait-list text updates through this website, and consent is never bought, sold, or transferred between companies.

What property owners receive

Subscribers receive a text when their position on the wait list changes, and at the update frequency they choose (daily, weekly, or only when something changes). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

How to stop

To stop text updates, reply STOP to any message. Updates stop immediately. A property owner can also change how often they hear from us by replying DAILY, WEEKLY, or CHANGES.

How to get help

For help, reply HELP to any message. HELP returns the drilling company’s name and phone number. You can also contact the drilling company directly, or email support@drilllist.com.

Demo requests

Separately from the property-owner wait list, someone who submits our Demo Sign-Up form and checks the consent box is asking SuperContractor LLC (DBA DrillList) to text them about scheduling a demo of the product. This is a separate program with the same terms: message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time.

Privacy

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. How we handle personal information is described in our privacy policy.
